A man has been arrested, accused of kidnapping a woman and holding her against her will at a southeast Houston home for several years.

It seems that Lee Carter, age 52, also known as “Viper” kidnapped a homeless woman and kept her locked in his basement for at least five years, drugging and raping her.

She’d attempted to escape before, but was subsequently taken back by Carter after being discharged from the hospital. When she was found, she was approximately 73 pounds.
