Knicks need a guy who is gonna install a new offensive system to utilize all their offensive talent and then get the right defensive guys to hide KAT & Brunson's deficiencies.



Thibs is an old school guy who believes rookies have to pay their dues but that shyt is dead & buried in today's NBA given the importance of depth and the salary structure teams have to operate under now. You need fresh legs coming in every year who have skillsets that can add to your core & you also need to help develop them along.

This is why I believe Malone might be shortsighted for NY...he wanted no parts of having to develop Braun, Watson, & Strawther in Denver. Now even if those guys aren't going to turn into solid contributors (Braun already has)...a modern NBA coach can't have that kinda stance.

I think with this series we are in a no-win situation. If it's Indiana and the Thunder people are going to be saying this is the worst series possible for ratings. If the Knicks or even the wolves come back people that are going to be saying oh the NBA is rigged

These playoffs the past couple of years have show beyond just have a solid starting 5...you need 3 guys coming off the bench to be above average producers out there.

NY has Deuce & Mitch trying to equal TJ, Obi, Bryant, & Mathurin.

Even if they bench KAT and play Mitch, which they did down the stretch, they're still forced to scramble every play and IND way too comfortable shooting 3s
