The question is...are the young black males motivated and willing to do these jobs? I can't see too many brothas in their 20s willing to get their hands like we did back in the day.
Some older black men went into the trade fields and some are doing well. I have friend I grew up with whose dad had an AC repair business. He went to college for one year and decided it was best to go to a trade school and work for his dad.

), but that shyt is FAR from easy. My homeboy decided to change careers and go into nursing. shyt was almost as hard as his time at GT ( he didn't make it after his junior year there). And more than half of his class didn't make it past the preliminary nursing courses.
