Nah bro, it's a number game. You compare the population of people in Jamaica to the USA's population and you'll realize. The results are not always accurate. For instance, my country has one of the highest murder rates in the world with only around 28 people being murdered for the whole year. The murder rate is calculated per 100,000 and there isn't even 100,000 in the population of my country.
