It's always been legal, a pistol on your person pretty much anywhere thats why you need a ccw permit, which I don't think you can get in california without some special permission

automatic weapons are the only guns illegal for you to have

only reason jeezy would be in trouble with the AR is if he's a convicted felon and not suppose to be in possession, even in then they have to prove it is

you can ride around with any semi automatic gun without a permit, it just can't be loaded and the ammo has to be in different part of the vehicle than where the gun is

you can open carry anywhere in america except for New York City where guns aren't allowed period

I don't need to get booked, I have lawyers in my family and law school cats in my my circle of friends and in my field I deal with contract laws daily; while not criminal law I know how to fukking interpret a law or a legal document.

Brag about understanding how the system works cause you're a criminal, you need half a lifetime of crimes to catch up to a few week of studies . You might understand how it feels to get fukked by it and from the sound of it, that's about it. The factors comprise of several things in order to set the bail as effective (and "fair") as possible.
