I know I watched the video breh. Seems like she showered from time to time (not everyday) but she didn't brush her teeth not even once for a whole year has me


It just seems like taking a actual shower requires more effort than brushing your teeth.



I have mental health issues as well and sympathize with other people who have mental health issues. I actually heard of people struggling to get out of bed regularly due to not having the mental energy to get your day going, etc.
