He was talented but he didn't work as hard as he should have. I think he could have been a 20/10 guy if he focused solely on basketball but he was just not that guy and didn't live up to his full potential. His best seasons were probably 2nd yr with Clips and last one with Heat.

Odom had all the potential in the world and while he had a very good career it could have been so much more. He should have been a routine 20 10 and 5 type player and as versatile as he was I don't think that is a stretch for me to say that. Imagine him being totally sober with a clear and focused mind and what he could have really done.
