Disclaimer: I'm not a scooter aficionado but I am somewhat of a fan so I may be wrong on some of these but I'm just giving the answers to my best knowledge.

He doesn't run lil Mexico, but he was a mid level drug dealer. Migos have the same manager, I believe but black migos gang is just young scooters homies. He's in jail still far as I know and has a "shopping deal" with gucci. I can certainly imagine him, future and migos making itogether. I only know 2 ppl in real life who listens to scooter(outside myself) and I don't see him ever being a huge star but on a mixtape level he does sort of have next
