"Pushing peter" is slang for fukking. A peter being slang for penis. It isn't slang for anything else.
Not sure where Thugger picked up this saying from, but historically it comes from a much longer traditional Navy SEAL quote, a real SEAL is supposed to be able to recite some variation of the following bawdy speech/limerick called the Ballad Of The Frogman:

The highs are higher on this and the lows are lower but Gunna still clearly has the more solid project. More consistent.

Still prefer a focused Thug over Gunna anyday.
