They directly put on Killer Mike and their initial popularity helped Goodie Mob get a leg up.

Andre walked into the Mecca of Hip Hop, amongst boos and jeers, and gave one of the most prophetic statements in music history. Paving the way for Thug to have the career he undeservedly has today.
Andre wore dresses before thugga too :ehh:

I thought Outkast put Atlanta on the map with ATLiens. They were literally seen as inferior after the first album, because they were not coming from the east or west coast. Albums like ATLiens (great title in that regard) paved the way in that sense for artists like Killer Mike, Dungeon Family.

Outkast maybe didn't put one specific artist on directly, but they put a whole city on. Honestly, thats more impressive and Young Thug should in fact be thanking them
:manny:

If there was no Soul Food,it's no ATLiens:hubie:

Thug kind of addressed this before on TIs podcast. Tip was saying they should collaborate and Thug said something to the effect of having a number for Dre but every time he called it was an assistant giving him the run around. I think he took it personal.

I wonder how common this is, or if someone really hates Thugga and wants to ruin him

He sounds like a Coli poster at this point
