I remember the first time I heard of Lil B. I watched the video for "I'm a Martian" on WSHH back in 2009. I'll admit...I hated it.

Then I heard "myspace" and I was like...ok, this dude got bars.

Then I heard "I'm God" and the rest is history...I've been a fan since then.

I even wrote a blog write up on him on Strictly Riddim (R.I.P.) when I was still doing it in January of 2010...and he retweeted the link on his twitter.

Young Thug has been around for awhile...I actually dld all his mixtapes and he's got heat...I like his style. He's going to have a real big year this year.

Martian was the first track I heard too and then Pretty Boy. Someone posted it back when it came out. I was like ? I couldnt believe someone was that vulgar, absurd and out there. I didn't even recognize it was the lil dude from the pack, I just kept thinking this nikka is crazy and terrible.

Went back and listened to Pretty Boy and was like this nikka is a genius, then listened to Martian and was hooked by what is now known as 'swag music'.
