You aren't really. This is the same board that tried to push Chief Keef as the most popular rapper since 2004 50 Cent but he did Chris and Neef numbers when his album dropped.

Might not be the same where you live but right now, Young Thug, Migos, and Rich Homie are really making a splash down here.
I think Thugger has a lot of potential. A lot of trash floating out there too because he puts out tracks like Gucci and Wayne.
90's rappers have an excuse to be washed up though....they've been around since the 90's. Keef's debut did less than Raekwon does, 20 years in the game.
Realistically how much do you expect the 3 acts you mentioned to sell? If you don't care about all that, nevermind, I'm just curious how popular people think these rappers are.

Probably not all that popular outside of the South. Don't know if that matters to them at the moment.
Certainly doesn't matter to me. They are/have been putting out some dope tracks over the year to date IMO.
