Drake's good at mimicking the flows & cadences (and many other things for that matter) that come natural to nikkas like Thug but his caucazoid gene's make it difficult for him to actually come up with them himself.
Listen to the handful of Drake songs where he and the producer are the only credited writers (like it's usually been in hiphop, regardless of what the stans say), the flows are basic, monotone & boring as fukk.

Young Thug's sense of melody is tremendous but his flow as a whole isn't half of what you're cracking it up to be. First of all, you can barely understand him. Enunciation ties in with flow.. Secondly, while his melody is always something exciting and different, the tempo at which he's saying his words in most of the videos you posted is the same as every other artist making that style of music in 2015.
