youngsters today will never understand how it was back then.

Funny thing is, they like to dump on ppl older than them, but still when Lil Jon era songs or Juvy "Back That...." comes on, they still wanna get hype.

But their "hype" is still lackluster from these songs in their prime years.

I've literally seen entire BAR sections clear out when "Back That..." came out. Like women would drop their drinks and run over ppl to get to the dance floor. Nowadays they'd be standing out there taking selfies.

Social Media took out the "going out having fun" experience. It's the selfie pose before the club and the video self lipsyncing a song that took precedent. :francis:

This was the tail end of my big time clubbing days.... but man it was fun and all lil John shyt at the time was "commit a felony music"...we'd be on the floor feeling like superman...and youngbloodz were very underrated....that 85 was my theme song in 99-00 although in San Diego we changed the hook to " Ridin Dirty on 805"

I haven’t been in a club setting in years but there has to be absolute zero songs in the current Gen Z club environment that can make people lose their shyt like Damn, Back That Azz Up and other songs like that. Practically any Lil Jon beat back then. What’s going up besides the Dreams & Nightmares Intro :mjlol:???
