Yessir. Its called paying dues\putting work in.
No matter what path you take, you will have to pay some dues before you become "the man." You might have to do some shyt you hate for a lil while, but remember you are doing what youre doing to gain the experience and to put yourself in position to reap benefits of those experiences later..
Also never compare your journey to someone else's. Everybody path is unique. Also remember you can try your best sometimes and it wont always work out, but don't get discouraged.
