Suspect is an old white male, recent immigrant, or works in a kitchen where non slip soles are a requirement. Most likely wearing khaki pants up to their nipples or smells like kitchen grease.
If it's an old man he's a veteran and wears one of those hats that says Vietnam vet. Can't see or drive well, most likely killed someone by driving too slow in the fast lane and causing them to careen into a wall trying to pass them.

I'd check the inside of the boots for sock residue. NY dudes respect Timbs too much to wear cheap style socks. Southern dudes will wear grey thermal socks that come 10 in a pack with their Timbos, not a real NY dude. This case is almost closed. I'm still seeking clues.
