It's one of the common stereotypes of us, we're too aggressive, masculine, and dominant which everyone says is not very "lady-like".

If you notice, in the case of Glover and those like him, there is no black female collective outrage that he dates interracially.

Take for example the thread y'all posted on LSA. It's a bunch of Black women just laughing at him.

Almost all those women are not offended, or saddened by his choice. They're just laughing.


Outside of corniness, think of the type of Black men who date white whales - poor/working class, uneducated, dependent men. Again, there is never any outrage over these men by Black women, bc they don't consider those men desirable in the first place.

Recently, the actor that plays Luke Cage was questioned by Charlemagne about his interracial marriage. Charlemagne claimed there was mass outrage by black women- this was the first I, and most Black women had ever even heard the suggestion. Derivative blogs picked up the story and kept repeating it as if it were true. When the real truth of the matter is, nothing even close to mass outrage besides a few random tweets with like 3 retweets.
Black women aren't generally interested in that brother, for whatever reason, so we don't care.

You can't ignore the songs or the stand-up because that's where we get the vibe from, we don't know him personally lol. I remember one of his stand-ups where he said he finds t to be a turn on when white wonen call him the n-word during sex smh. I don't know any black men who date black women to like that.

In general vibes, in person, could be being standoffish toward black women, giving the vibe that you think anything black is ghetto, or ignoring black women. I was once out with a white hispanic friend and another black women and this black guy approached us. He ignored me and my black friend half the time, he was short with his response to us but was all smiles and giggles with out white friend. Someone like that would give the vibe of not liking black women. I don't know that's all I have for examples right now.

Oh yeah and if he's into like nerdy things aka video games, anime, whatever and he automatically assumes black women will be turned off by that, so he doesn't approach black women or is not sociable with us. Like he already made up his mind he's not our type so he doesn't bother with us despite not giving us a chance.

I've made several posts about how out of touch some blk dudes seem to be with a lot of blk women they meet. Ur last paragraph explains exactly what I mean. I've often even asked dudes on here if they'd recently interacted with blk women recently b/c everything that comes out their mouths sounds like early 90s stereotypes about their own race of women.

Large segments of blk women are invisible to these types of blk men but they will swear none of us were willing to give them a chance to justify their relationships.

Moat black people in general look down or lame dudes. That's just a fact. And dressing like a cac is as lame as it gets. Sure some black women don't care but compared to other races, black people are less accepting of "weirdos". I don't know if u grew up in the hood but most black people don't feel comfortable around people not like them. I wouldn't even be friends with a nikka like Donald I doubt most black chicks would even consider fukking him.

Ehh I grew up in sorta the hood most of my life (did my one school year in the burbs) and yeah many black people wouldn't talk or befriend him but that's across the board for Americans. "Weirdos" in white schools aren't more accepted, speaking from experience. Like I stated before there's movies about this like "Weird Science" and "Revenge of the Nerds", so I don't know why people want to make this a "black" thing.

Like I said, there are plenty of black women who would go for Glover. He may be quirky but he's cute. You have to factor that in. Looks matter to most people. A cute corny dude will get women, an unattractive one not so much. I wish I could post a pic of my friend's fiancé, he's practically his double and nerdy/dorky himself.

But you'll never know if you don't ask. You can't assume that a black woman isn't interested in those things. I don't assume a guy is interested in the things I like but I'll bring it up just to learn more about him because you never know.

Idk it's just most BW make it pretty clear what they want in a man. I've heard BW say stuff like "If a nikka want me he betta come correct", I don't think trying to talk to some of these women about Game of Thrones and the X-files will be considered "coming correct"

Nobody said there ain't black women that don't care about swag. But most AA people value a person's swag very much. The average AA man would not feel comfortable around Donald and 95% of AA women won't make eye contact with him. Non blacks have zero swag so Donald is normal to them.
