I don't know what it is, but ever since I been able to work from a teen till now, I've always hated co-workers. Always sharing weird information, competing with you and get mad when you don't want to be their best friends :hhh:

And any chance they can to backstab you, they will. Never tell them your secrets or your future plans

On the flip side, I absolutely LOVE customers. They are a breath of fresh air :blessed:

your coworkers are often times nosy miserable mother fukkers who want to tell your business, cock block and shade you when you least expect it

If they don't give and expose serious skeletons, they can't join the work covenant

and even then, some of these fools are so crazy they'll tell you All their business and still rat.

Or they tell your business to the office rat.

bytch carrying your business like Emmit Smith to shade and tell. Iss real

For the most part I agree with that sentiment. However, you can be friends with some. As in legitimate friends. Still one has to be cautious in that regard.

Same with workplace romance. Some people met their husbands or wives via work. Still, the general rule of not sh!tting where you eat is the proper thing to do.

Asking you questions about your opinion or you personal life, but truth be told, they nosey af. Be weary of the information you give em because it can come back to bite you.
Her: "What did you do over the weekend?"
Him: "Hung out with some old friends, partied and drank a little."

A month later, he calls in sick.

Random co-workers: "Oh, I see Kevin didn't come to work today"

Her: "He was probably out partying. Y'all know he likes to drink a lot."

Her: “You know alcoholism runs rampant in those urban areas”.

There is one guy an older Black man on my job that works as the other AP that I have a lot of respect for, so I talk to him quite a bit.

I keep it short and cordial with everyone else though.

You can't be buddy buddy, know every personal aspect of a person, going out in the after hours with them, and still maintain a high level of professionalism with them at the same time. I speak, observe, offer assistance when asked and I keep it moving.
