I haven't thought about it as it's still very early but I'm really high on the Jazz. I honestly think they could go to the WCF.

They're going to be really tough to beat. They're very deep with the additions of Hill, Joe Johnson and Diaw. They won 40 games last year and lost Gobert for 6 weeks (& the last 2 games of the season along with Favors), had a replacement level point guard so bad that they traded for a 3rd stringer in Mack and he became the starter, lost Exum.........Now they have a top 15 PG who can spot up shoot and play D. Their core is a year older. They have no playoff experience but I absolutely love them

Hill/Hood/Hayward/Favors/Gobert

Lyles, J Johnson, Diaw, Burks, C Johnson, Ingles

I'm just not high on the Spurs this year (but who knows what leap Kawhi will make again) or the Clips (Cp3 a year older, Blake might be done, bench is still trash). OKC is finished.

2-8 in each conference doesn't matter with the Warriors and Cavs but the Jazz should win 50+ games if everyone is healthy.

They're not beating the Warriors....

but I'm just not sure about the Spurs right now. There's a lot of question marks on the roster aside from Kawhi and LMA. Pop is still Pop but TP/Manu who knows what we get from them this year. Danny Green can't make open jumpers anymore. I think Dejounte Murray is a ball player but he's still young. Their rim protector is now an old Pau Gasol....I just don't know what I'm going to get from this team despite their history of greatness.

I understand that the Jazz have an athletic backcourt, which is key to beating the Spurs, but I can't see them making the jump that fast. You have to learn how to win and I don't think they'll be able to learn fast enough. The only team I see giving the Spurs problems other than the Warriors is the Clippers and I really don't have faith in them

Yeah that's totally valid and definitely one of my concerns. I'd feel a lot stronger about their chances if they had made the playoffs this season and at least got some playoff experience against the Warriors.

Why and how did the Pacers, Pistons and Celtics all get consensus better than the Raptors l? Where was I when this happened?

The raptors won 56 games last season with a plethora of injuries the whole season... Most of the season actually. What happened that made them that much worse this year? The absence of Biyombo? He averaged like 20 some odd minutes last season at most and only because JV was hurt.

Raptors are the clear 2 seed

East going to be competitive this season and it will probably take 45 wins to get in. The op's first 8 for the East looks good but then you cant forget about teams like Chicago the Hawks and the Wizards. All who could make the playoffs and be among the top 4 seeds.
