When I 1st saw him play in staples back in 03. He was that speck (Shaq was the big speck) that was doing all these amazing moves, drives and making it look so effortless. They played a quick "hovi baby" from BP2 after every time he scored. Sounded like a jayz concert in there.
:banderas:
Then again when I saw him in Nola a few years ago. His game had changed. Less drives, more post ups, and the better seats let me see how much holding he had to go through just to get open, yet he still dominated. Had the whole crowd chanting Kobe :banderas:

Pardon me yall imma need a moment

The year they went 16-1 in the playoffs. Greatest year of basketball I ever witnessed. They couldve dominated the league for a decade easy if Shaq's ego didnt get in the way.

When he single handedly beat the suns team they had no business going up against. Buzzer beater at the end of regulation and in OT. We were expecting to be swept easily but Kobe made it a series.

The whole 81 pt. Season. The 40 pt. Game streak, 81 pts., 62 in 3 quarters, averging 35 a game. No one thought we'd see numbers like that again and Kobe was doing it nightly.

The first championship post Shaq. Another thing no one thought Kobe would achieve then they went back to back. Didnt stop the haters from hating tho

There's too many. One that doesn't get talked about too much and goes under the radar is Kobe's 61 against the sorry ass Knicks. Kobe had everyone at Madison Square Garden screaming "MVP" and he plays for the away team. What other player could do that? Another reason why he's the GOAT.
