Your friend "finding god" unappreciation

This has got to be one of the worst things that can happen. Sending bible verses through texts, not being down for anything anymore and alwya has to throw god in every conversational piece. First it was 5linx now this.

I lost an ex to this too. She got in a car accident and something really must have rattled in her brain because she came out born again. Kissing and MINIMUM foreplay until marriage needless to say she got the boot QUICK.

I just don't understand the appeal of becoming such a devout religious person I just don't. Live your only life as someone else wants to...AND IF YOURE LUCKY....you get to live forever as they like.

If you're truly a friend then you want whats best for that person. Its selfish to want everything to stay the same because of your own personal interests. Religion isnt for me, but for others it enables one to gain a sense of solace, structure, and comfort as they mature in life. Your boys arent going to stay 21 forever, chasing women, smoking weed, bumpin rap, running the streets, and always available. They're going to start families, careers, and lose their "swag". You want to see growth with your friend, and if they are responding favorably in their lives because of a more developed relationship with god, then thats all that should matter to you.
