She's the worst character on the show to me. You could've excluded her and I don't think it changes anything story wise.

I feel like everyone else is greedy and spoiled. She’s the only one who isn’t full of themselves. I guess that Barney dude might also be an exception.

I don’t think he declined the job. He just missed the flight so he could rob his boss. He has all the leverage. We’ll find out in season 2.

I don't know if she was necessary, but she was the only adult that had self awareness (and she was bipolar). Only character that I don't like was Amanda Peet's. She self sabotaged and then tried to play the victim like a typical rich Karen.
