Definitely without question K-Rino, and it's true he has a core fan base and many people that view him as the greatest ever or 1 of them, but considering his ability and body of work he is sill underrated by the majority that don't know about him or have only heard a partial amount of the work. What he's put down really means he should be at least a top 10, personally in my top 3. If people had more expertise and were realer he would be in a lot more lists, but the masses are ignorant and fake so it is what is enough. But do the knowledge and will see there are many that believe he is THE greatest. He's still going strong too so who knows where he could go on my list, I don't like to put boundaries on people, think it should be about merit not obstructive walls up that people can't surpass. Need to keep shyt growing.
