$1600 for that craptop? :wtf:

the desktop you could build with that loot :wow:
Craptop? friends must be crazy like police in 2014 friend. My graphics are stunning. My screenshots are mesmerizing. I play practically any game on the market today at the highest settings and still get a decent framerate. No friend my laptop is nice. I dont do desktops because they arent portable. I need portable power, not a boat anchor and an eyesore sitting in my living room or some isolated office area. Thats not how friends get down.

Gaming on a laptop isn't worth bothering with. For $1600 you can put together a desktop that will embarrass that laptop with even a 780 ti in it.
past few weeks i struggled to choose a new tablet. finally settled on the galaxy tab s 8.4 mainly because of form factor and weight
should be here in a few days...

maybe i'll grow to love android (doubt it) but i need a book reader bad
If I were in the market for an Android tablet I'd buy the Nvidia Shield Tablet

No one on this entire board has been able to embarrass me with proof in screenshots.

Why don't you try. I move around a lot so I need power on the go. You cats only use desktops at home because that's where you be all day everyday

If i put a 780 ti in a desktop I still have a $900 budget for components including RAM, a mobo, a processor, a power supply, a cooler, and a case. That being said one could put together a better system and have money left over.

Laptops are for productivity not gaming. The whole gaming laptop thing is just these companies taking advantage of people who don't understand that. Hell you could put together a gaming desktop that outperforms that laptop and buy a productivity laptop with $1600. If you wanna game on the go you're better off buying a 3DS or a Vita.

Again, you dont understand. I have disposable income, YOU DONT. I have disposable income to spend 1600 dollars to casually game on my laptop and my games look fire.

If i want a gaming desktop at home, i'll make one.

I game casually on my laptop but when i do i want the games to look crisp and they do

again, MY GAMES LOOK CRISP.

If you want to compare screenshots for any game, lets go. I have power that fits in my hand and i travel with my laptop often so for my needs its perfect.

I have disposable income. Enough to spend well more than $1600 on a laptop. I own two desktops that I can game on either and play most games on max settings on the 3570K GTX670 and can definitely max out all games on the 4770K GTX780 one.

I'm just not gullible enough to let them overcharge me for mid-range desktop equivalent components slapped together called a gaming laptop. I look at that money and see how much further it can go in the desktop world and realize its an inefficient use of the money.

Laptops aren't for games. They can't cool all that stuff efficiently in that cramped space to put the highest grade components in them. Maybe you'll accept overpaying for under-performing components but I'm gonna get the most bang for my buck.
