Feel free to post a favourite clip or two.

3. The wire

Amazing show even though the last season dipped in quality a lil bit, the first full series I ever watched and couldn't understand how a show could be so addicting.

2. Game of thrones

Didn't really enjoy the last season as much as the others, but the last 2 episodes saved it.

1. The Walking dead

Anyone whose been in the thread can tell imma Stan, doesn't have as good writing compared to the shows above but still my favourite show. Just find it the most entertaining and has great character development.

Honourable mentions: breaking bad, sons of anarchy, power

Last Man On Earth...best show right now, funny as hell.

X Files

Taxi...before my time but it still holds up....alot of the characters have unrealistic goals- one wants to be a boxer, another an artist, but the main guy has resigned himself to just be a cabbie for the rest of his life. thats kind of an arc throughout the series. and it gets dark at times: they get mugged, shot, reconnect with kids they abandoned, etc. its just a well written show
