I see why hes saying that but he's wrong based on the fact that Lincoln didn't own slaves. Also the Confederate statues honor men that seceded from the U.S. At the end of the day tho I like what he's saying even tho he's full of shyt. He's forcing white America to look itself in the mirror and confront its racism. It was gonna happen sooner or later
I mean...George Washington had dentures constructed using the teeth of his slaves. Thomas Jefferson had and raped slaves such as Sally Hemings, along with publishing books on black inferiority. Meanwhile, Lincoln admitted if he could've saved the Union without abolishing slavery he would have.
