Yea, this is my first job out of college (I graduated May 2012 and didn't get this job until April 2013). I wouldn't say they trained me persay, it's more so they started me off slow (right now the cards I program are all pretty damn easy) and they answer all my questions.

As long as you take the basics principles from college you'll be fine.most shyt you learn in college is either outdated or not how it's done in the industry anyway (at least in EE).

I work for a contact center company two of my friends started. You could call it PR.

I run the social media accounts so I'm in charge of clients' Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn pages and business development for that division as well.

The company is young but we're operating in a relatively small market right now and business is expanding very quickly. Our business plan is rather unique and I expect great growth in the future.

Soon I'll have a couple people working under me, my own office and should only have to worry about business development and clients relations :win:

But that's only for the next couple of years. I'm gonna invest soon in a tropical island resort with one of my friends, should be ready in a year or so. Hopefully I can fukk off the corporate world within the next 5 years and be retired by the time I'm 30. :noah:

Financial Analyst for the Department of Defense.

I'm going to stick with it, but it's not the best job in the world right now with all the furloughs and shutdowns going on.

How much school did you need for that? Sometime I feel like I should teach. Maybe make a difference in someone's life.

Instead I work in the corporate offices for a major retailer. Needless to say I pretty much play with clothes all day.

You need a bachelor's degree. I did not major in education in college, so I found a lateral entry state (NC) and got in through that. You have to be highly qualified through coursework or taking the praxis to be a lateral entry teacher
