I was waitign for the trumpets too ... Initailly I didnt like.. I saw Juicy, Big Poppa, One More Chance and now this as his fall from "Real Hip Hop" into the abyss of Puffy and commercialism. You know .. Puffy and his straight jacking not adding anything but a horn or bell ans taking production credit ... I was also pissed because he didnt Let the Horn Blow !!!
Over time it grew on me and I began to like it.

I didn't like it at first, loved his first CD and the dark themes on it so this kinda seemed like a crossover attempt in my opinion... It grew on me a lil bit but its still not one of my top 10 Biggie songs...
Best commercial rap megahit ever. BIG was spitting on this and crossed over with zero compromise. One of the GOAT videos too. BIG driving the Benz with a cane

Honestly, it was a cool radio song and as always, rhymes were right but wasn’t a fan of the beat. Pretty common sample and several notches below the production on Ready to Die but I guess that was Puffys formula
