For me it depends on who I am communicating with, and whether I want to be passive aggressive or not.

I work in unionized workplace, so sometimes nikka gotta document things incase things go for an arbitration hearings, so I might use "Respectfully" "Your cooperation is greatly appreciated" to keep things extra professional from my ends because those emails become part of the record.
