Since you cant understand why kids starve if theres a god you say either "everything happens for a reason" or "god works in mysterious ways" to explain why your sky daddy appears to not exist. Everything makes sense, the only time I was confused was when I believed like you did... that there was a magic man in the clouds that gave a fukc whether I ate shrimp or bacon (like the bible says I shouldnt) or whether or not i mixed fibres in my clothing (like the bible says I shouldnt) or all sorts of other bullshyt in that book. Once you drop all that superstition the world makes plenty sense.

I won't compare the two, but my pastor thinks Christians are too lazy and lack the discipline of Muslims (her own words). She stays shytting on Christians as a Christian which is why I rock with her. Not too many people in the faith are willing to turn the mirror on themselves.

While I can sympathize with those sentiments, I also have to recognize my place in GOD's overall plan. But it was revealed to me that the different styles of religion is necessary in different parts of the world.
The strict Muslim type faith contradicts the types of freedoms America is all about. Meanwhile, Christian beliefs clash with how life is lived in Muslim countries.
Different Strokes for Different Folks basically, but we all agree the message is universal :shake:

When I was little I used to be sitting in church with the , then I grew up and I just and keep it moving. Maher seems insecure sometimes, dude actually went through the trouble of filming a whole movie ("Religulous") trying to make his point
