This was a dissappointing year personally. I didn't enjoy Dre or Kendrick's album half as much as I thought I would. Jeezy and Jadakiss both dropped duds. I'm not down with the whole Future/Young Thug wave.

Tetsuo and youth: mein furher luemperor. The return of the lyrical god and our rap savior...murals also is tied for best song of the year imo with march madness

To pimp a butterfly: beautiful album...thematic for this generation and cements kendricks spot as the best of his generation

DS2: one of the greatest runs in rap history...three solid mixtapes leading to an album full of storng hits while defining his era strongly...future hendrix dirty sprite legendary

If you're reading this then its too late: most controversial project in years but one of the most impactfuk project in years and it was debatable was it just a mixtape or album but either way it was one of the bwst musically and artistically eapecially since it hopefully was drakes purge of his trap flow persona in light of views from the six dropping soon
Dark sky paradise: underrated projec rand one that finally showcased big sean as a star rather a costar of his own movies. Though he still have his biggest hits with chris brown and many other artist big sean flowed and rapped like it wa shis last chance at the lineliggt while going through a break up with two different damous girls in the past 3 years. Sean don won

The album about nothing: flames...wale reassured me of his skill and brought back a theme and title that helped make him a star and the highest selling artist on mmg

The documentary 2: i had no hopes for this but game proved me wrong and this js my favorite jayceon album...the title track and rhe first 5 or so songs are so fukking great

Black messiah: the return of d'angelo was so important and wont be understood thks year more so in a few bwcauae with the return of adele and tyrese dropping an excellent rb run this year...true soul is going to become trendy again soon
