Norman Smiley of course. He was straight up funny in any role they put him in. Santino was good and should still be involved with the WWE in some kind of role. R-Truth was and still is pretty funny even to this day. Jericho when he was in WCW with Ralphus was classic on the mic with the jokes. And for number 5 ima go with Revered Slick who was hilarious and a good comedy heel.
