1. GS
2. Toronto (best built East team last year with no Gordon for Boston, traded a top 20 player for a top 5)
3. Boston
4. Houston
5. OKC

Presuming Houston can get Clint and Melo, that gives them an interesting roster...not necessarily an improvement over last year but interesting. I also am gambling that OKC can make some leaps and bounds natural progression wise, because Philly certainly SHOULD be better going into next year.
