You have a good ear and/or you understand the type of shyt I like.

I've asked people for years to point out dope Black Milk shyt and I've always gotten wack suggestions. Every time. This is one of the best Black Milk beats I've ever heard. Possibly 2nd best. The girl's vocals for the chorus are dope. The other stuff... not bad but not so great either. Passable.

"Reunion" is superb. That's it.

I'm possibly the illest dude you'll readily have access to in this sub forum. I'm not being grandiose. It's kind of a curse. Should I revisit LIVELOVEASAP? I used to train with Ferg's Uncle. And Yams was a bytch.

Honestly bruh, I think that album is fukking incredible. Hands down the best shyt I've heard in a decade. Some of the best beats I've heard in my life. I had to actually back up a second and figure out what the fukk I was listening to. It's that weird, but it goes HARD

I remember hearing "Bass" when it came out, and thinking part of the melody was super dope, but looped wrong. It was like the loop restarted too early, just as it was starting to hit the sweet spot. I kept thinking: "something's off about this". But I couldn't stop listening to the shyt. Then this video came out and I saw how dude was rockin to it, and it clicked. It was a 'holy shyt' moment. Like "this is the rawest shyt I've heard in years."

There are some weak tracks on the tape, but 10 of them are stone-cold brilliant to me: Tracks 1-6, 8-10, 13, 15

I used to train with Ferg's Uncle.

The one Ferg made a track about?

And Yams was a bytch.

LOL. Unless you got stories that make sense, I'll take this as slander.

my working knowledge of that tape is via CAC cornball Philly wannabe film makers with peripheral attachments to The Roots. I went to The Weeknd show back back when he was red hot, Drake even made an appearance. It was in the Hollywood Cemetery. I hadn't been to a show in many years and eventually had the burger joint cross the street referring to all sandwiches with bacon as "Wu Tang Burgers" and whenever a person ordered a VEGAN joint it was dubbed a "Weeknd Burger". I owned a burger joint.

It played better in person. Long and short, culture has long been dead.
