Seeing Star Wars in the 80’s was a totally different experience. The world was different. It was a religious experience.

4. Vader force choking breh

3. Order 66: shyt is just vicious as fukk and for 1-7 viewings this will be the new turning point of the saga (instead of Vader = Luke's father).

2. Throne Room scenes from Jedi: George directed these scenes himself. Nothing tops this emotionally especially when Luke loses his shyt. Vader threatening to go after his own daughter is somehow his lowest point yet, so him turning on the Emperor is just so piff.

1. Yoda lifting the X-Wing. This sold me for life as a kid I'll always be a stan on the strength of this scene.
