Most people don't know how to cook steak right. I used to think the same way 'til I had the first one I really liked.

Steak done right is like meat cotton candy. shyt just melts in your mouth. Don't know how people can't appreciate a nice grade of beef.

Breh, It's the leanest cut on the whole cow and has very little natural flavor. Beef needs some fat in it.
