Awful game. The only thing improved from 2 were the graphics. EVERYTHING else was a regression. Customization, story mission structure, the city, interaction with the city/people, the soundtrack...all of it.
People really tried to give this pass too because it tried entirely too hard to rely on WACKY GAMEPLAY AND HUMOR BRO to cover up for everything it lacked. 2 was the perfect balance of serious and silly, this game was shyt.
