All Samoans do the Samoan drop because the move is most associated with The Wild Samoans in the 70s and 80s, and pretty much every Samoan in wrestling is part of that extended family. It's a family tradition. Joe doesn't do it because he's not part of the family.
Spot fest matches
This is minor but I hate it when a wrestler's titantron is just showing only the wrestler's name and/or the wrestler's logo. I want to see more than that....

Rematches every week. I swear it seemed like Neville faced Stardust 500 times in a couple of months. And since they were facing each other so much, you never knew which was the final blowoff match. 
Awful, annoying commentating. Probably my biggest one because Raw is three hours. I probably only watch like 15 minutes of Raw these days because I can't listen to JBL and Cole for three hours. They're so bad.

Same matches all the time. Same formula all the time - vanilla matches on Raw/SD and the spotfest for the PPV. If guys are fueding they should save the matches completely for the PPV.
