if you're bankrolling your education or taking loans out (investment/funding)... you're already following the principles of entrepreneurship.... your product is yourself..... you invested in your degree to profit from it in the future.... you take job interviews pitching your product (yourself) in hopes of flipping a profit on your investment.... if you go on to have a great career, then you won..... you flipped a profit and now have money coming in regularly...

The same rules apply in entrepreneurship... except instead of selling yourself, you sell a product or service... it's all the same shyt....

Only difference is your entrepreneurial journey ends up with you *usually* working for an actual entrepreneur....

When people act clueless on entrepreneurship, it's crazy cause you're surrounded by it everyday...

People mainly struggle with finding a lane for themselves but usually, once people find what they're experts in... everything falls into place...

You can be an entrepreneur, you're already doing it.... except instead of selling a product or service, you sell time, labor, and expertise... it's all the same shyt really...

OP you are not a describing an entrepreneur at the end. You are describing a worker.

An entrepreneur is someone who can provide jobs and opportunities for the people around him not some do boy paying off his college loans working under people.

alot of people are afraid of failure, but failure is the best part. U learn and become stronger. IMO the worse thing u can do in life is avoid losing. Each L is a blessing in disguise

description in OP is NOT entrepreneurship. You are a consumer of education. You are borrowing money to pay for an education which makes you more capable of getting a job. This (in principle) is no different than buying a nice interview suit with a credit card. :yeshrug:

But go to school... seriously

Same principles apply... they're already taking the entrepreneurial risk and going thru the same emotions of *hoping* they flip a profit on the initial investment....

Never said they were TRUE entrepreneurs though.

by that logic then any consumer act can be seen as entrepreneurship (and that isn't the case)

You bought new clothes... congratulations... you're an entrepreneur if you use those clothes to get a job :myman:

You buy a car... "well if you use that car to get to your job...you made an investment in yourself" :myman:

though I feel going to school is incredibly important, it's not inherently entrepreneurial. Many people go to school to "fit the mold" of a job. It's a 4 year job training program that you pay for. It's not inherently entrepreneurial. Now, if you take what you learn in school and your connections (and your leftover financial aid money) and use those to further yourself once you graduate...then yes maybe the experience can launch you toward entrepreneurial ventures.

But just saying "signing up for school, paying the government for it for four years is entrepreneurial" is very misguided.

The point of this thread is to use what you've learned from being a HOE: Selling yourself to pay off debt and survive...Being a wage slave, etc
To be a PIMP: Procuring the sale of other peoples' work for your benefit, or having no strings attached when selling your own work...which is your hoe now. Your money becomes a tool and not just a treat to trick off with.
