At this point, there's no stopping Curry. He's gonna get his regardless of who's guarding him so I'd at least put a more offensive minded back court tandem and just have them go at it and not let Steph rest on defense. Kyle Singler was supposed to be this defense oriented player and he got lit the fukk up everytime - why not put in someone who can at least score?

Where all the next Gen magic players would have been actual pedigreed actualized players like magic was..instead in the low IQ era, the guys like:

Steve smith to jalen rose to penny to Ai, would have been actualized at their natural.
Guys who would have changed the wing forward position.
instead of being made into a power forward would have become actualized in abdur Raheem.
Centers with height would have been skilled and coached up in high school and college.
from bums like rashard Griffith to yinka dare instead of a bum lug and a seven foot plus waste of skin.
Rasheed Wallace would have been disciplined.
Juwon Howard would not have been lazy.
All because he would have had to work to actually secure a paycheck.
instead of hide behind promise and a good head fake pedigree wise..all because no one else his height really had pedigree and talent.

This is what Atlanta did. Don't give him space, if he beat you off through dribble, the person who getting the open shot can't be Barnes or Klay. You must attack Curry on offense and run effective PnRs. We got the front court to beat Golden but our backcourt is too fukking weak outside of the PG's.

The hawks lose to the warriors because every backcourt hawk player is a hair inferior pedigree wise to the warriors on paper.
Plus they don't have championship pedigree confidence on the coaching staff or on the actual floor.
So they can't play up consistently because they are outmatched pedigree wise on roster to begin with in the intangible departments. that usually create the chemistry to win ball games by standard x's and o's.
The hawks are staffed to conservatively because they have a racist front office.
So, they have to many character guys at the positions in the NBA. where you need a non-character high skilled pedigree guy at the two and three.
When, Atlanta does not want a superstar at the so called sexy positions in the NBA of the sg or the wingforward three position.

Korver and bazemore are backups's not starters.

Most teams in the NBA staff to little a backcourt dynamic roster wise to play the warriors and win.
Which is from the low bball IQ era semantics gon completely awry.
They don't typically staff the ball players with actual length and pedigree to where the game advanced to.
To be able to beat the warriors.
People forget the warriors are coached by a guy who understands dynamic sg and SF coupled with a top shooting pg in Kerr.
I was a fan of Kerr and Elliot when they were in college together.
So, now you are watching big bulls backcourt basketball with no Jordan, replaced by a larger Steve Kerr.
Combined with what if Dennis Rodman was more offensively malleable.
In a low bball IQ based league,...of which Kerr got to study nd build a how to beat them brain trust as an analyst.
Arguably the top analyst, too.
Coupled with the fact he has a braintrust from a hof coach at AZ AND from Phil Jackson from his own consulting and discovery zone to ramp as a coach.
Steve Kerr did not egotistically go about being a coach like other player coaches.
He actually studied what was going on.
Then, built a purposefully self contracted discovery zone to succeed too.
He actually worked with lute and picked Phil's brain.
I literally imagine him having nuffin but fun going over his analysis on how to own every team.
