You're an NBA Coach. How do you stop Steph Curry?

Play him single coverage, if he gets hot you double him and force other players to beat you. I wouldn't have even let him get the ball in the build-up to that half court shot.

You really have to let Steph get his 50+ and literally LOCK UP everyone else. He not gonna beat you by himself. You cut off Klay and Dray and that's how you secure one area. Their bench is whole seperate problem though. That's the secret weapon.

Full court press his ass mainly with my secondary pg/sg early on and late. Then rest my pg/sg and bring in someone who can produce points with the main rotation. This is only to hopefully throw off his game and hold him to like 20 or less pts. I'd go back to the film to see where he has struggled (:skip:) and try to come up with a solution from that. Or you can also hope he loses a % of his competitive fire by getting the big head with all the endorsements and that chip quickly falling off his shoulder (see aaron rodgers for reference...im a gb fan)

I wouldn't even try. Shut down everyone else on the court and make him take every shot. He'll have to miss some eventually. :yeshrug:

Key is to contain everyone else and let Steph get his
Orlando tried this on Thursday Warriors vs. Magic - Box Score - February 25, 2016 - ESPN :yeshrug:

Man, if teams pull that "Let Curry beat you and guard everyone else strategy" they'll be down by 30 because you're putting one defender on him. Dude would be sitting out the rest of the game by half-time while the Warriors preserve/add to the lead.

But Steph only brings up the ball sometimes, what you gonna do when Dray brings it up. Curry plays sg equally as well :yeshrug:
