Tell them that you're so excited about working hard for their company that you're already sweating at the thought of going beast mode.
Tell them I'm nervous....... and ask to be excused for a few minutes to gather myself

That guy exudes confidence and Steve didn't even say something because of that. If you come off all weird and shifty sweaty someone will pick you apart. You'll be surprised with what you can get away with without someone calling you out on it as long as you just radiate confidence while doing it.

I found the whole episode and watched it after seeing this video.
Steve actually does make fun of him during the episode, its just not shown in the video clip
During the episode, Steve would even sometimes pause and start laughing before he asked him a question, cause of how much he was sweating.
