Krit and Yo Gotti would be on production, beat selection, and hook formation for Lupe, Cole, and Buddens. Gotti knows how to make catchy songs and could open the hood up to guys with rap ability. J. Cole needs better production and focus. Lupe is crazy AF, but has a huge cac following. If we can get him on some semi-normal production, he'll sell.
Budden needs to return to the Mood Muzik series and get those EMO stories out to the public. I think that could work with shorter verses and better hook work.
Cole and Buddens could never get on the same track or else it would be 20 minutes long with no direction

I would sign Joey Badass(young BK rapper) and Rashad (Ohio r&b singer), because they're
revitalizing the music I grew up on and loved. So, why not invest in two artist inspired by the oldschool, pushing it forward with new sounds for the future
