I make $140K and the more I make the less I work and just “check in” with those I manage to make sure their supervising is on point. Guess I better step my hours up

I agree with your point of view. Like I tell my son. Grind stay focus and build your castle early so you can coast and enjoy life. Just make sure you build it according to the way YOU feel is comfortable for you. So once you hit 25/28 you can just live and enjoy your life early. Sacrifice short term(18-28yrs) so you can enjoy long term, God willing. Sometimes it's hard to balance cause time isn't promised to anyone but, I would think that's the goal.

shyt I’ll do an extra 24 hours in a pay period to clear a extra band per check. But that’s about it. Get ya salary up so you can put your 40 in and be good. OT should be easy if your gonna work it. Don’t be burning ya self out for a little extra bread. Gotta be strategic with it breh.

Can you be a high value man working for another man? Most women will be looking over your shoulder to get a peak at your boss/plug. This is just the habitual nature of women.
