I actually know a dude who was fat and still got mad bytches because they liked his face and thought he was handsome.

He lost the weight eventually and things pretty much stayed the same for him.

I didn't really know it was so common for men tbh. I know there have been some men who do it bc of breast cancer, but when it comes to weight loss I just know of people doing the stomach fat removal
