

Yea this is how I took it.i read this as artists/labels have to agree to YT's new Terms of Service - which have yet to be revealed apparently.

They're talking about music acts only. If someone is a music artist and they try to upload their own music, Youtube isn't having it. They must be signed to a label that's "with Youtube" (the majors) in order to have their music videos or songs uploaded to Youtube.

Record labels are real pieces of garbage.They're out here losing revenue and are trying to get paid off of people trying to get on in order to kill the independent wave. Straight filthy.
