You guys need to wrap your minds around the fact that Doechii is very popular and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Just like you probably don’t know many Taylor Swift or Ed Sheeran fans her fandom somehow exists outside the Venn diagram of the people you know and talk about music with.
Out your mind with that comparison

According to this stat she’s doing essentially the same numbers as Drake, future and Playboi Carti combined

Or Tyler, future, Carti

According to this, at this moment in time, Doechi is the biggest artist on the planet.

That silent majority of Doechi listeners must be massive, we should be on the lookout for that solo headlining world stadium tour announcement any moment now…Doechi-mania is running wild out there

Unless Gangsters Paradise has like 50 billion views this makes no sense.

Doechii is confusing, but I also think Dre is. Most of his solo material is at least 2 decades old. I know he might be the most commercially successful 90s rapper but hes that far ahead of Wu-Tang, Biggie, Jay-Z, Puff etc?

If its just counting music listeners, I think its bots, and a lot of promo, but also algorithms that amplify popular stuff so it gets even more popular.

If its also counting music beds for vids, commentary vids and shorts thats plain misleading. Thats 90% people not listening because they're actually fans of the artist, and with the shorts might have no idea what they're hearing.

"Fantastic Voyage" was a pretty huge hit also.
I actually went on a Coolio song binge about a month ago. My most played joints:

Gangsta's Paradise
Too Hot
C U When U Get There
Fantastic Voyage

I remember buyin' the 1,2,3,4 single, but I realized I wasn't a huge fan of that one when the white kids and Black loners started singing it in the halls at school:pachaha:

What kind of questions this? All over nikka :what: I've been all over the country this year and saw plenty of white coworkers playing this woman's music round the clock

I think some people are underestimating Doechii’s audience. You may not be it (neither am I), but it’s a LOT of them and it’s a very diverse group.
Y’all are insane. She doesn’t have a fanbase. Who the hell listens to her. She honestly makes music for the non existent white female rap nerd

Doechii could’ve had a great career. This manufactured push she’s got in the last 2 years has turned everyone off of her.
