My son got YouTube premium for 3 months Free and asked me if I wanted the code...

I said I guess ... I'm a patient Nygga...ads never bothered me .. I got put that code in and the difference was like night and day





3 months just ran up and I'm fienin for no ads...

Don't care for the background play, cause I somehow ALWAYS change my video when it's in my pocket with the slightest touch...so Fck that.

I don't wanna use blockers cause I don't wanna fck up content creators that I like's ad money...

That ship has already sailed. Even if I wanted to pay for an MLB app with no black outs, it would take 30s before I noticed there's now commercials between innings when it used to be a blank screen. Not to mention **** interface is better than the MLBtv app.

I spent an... unreasonable amount of time setting up YouTube in Kodi after the previous suggestion :p - I had to switch to an unofficial repo because of some bot login prompt

If you get the "Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot" notification in the youtube kodi plugin, you'll need to install the unofficial version of the plugin. This repository worked for me: https://ftp.fau.de/osmc/osmc/download/dev/anxdpanic/repositories/repository.yt.unofficial-2.0.7.zip

The notification popped up for me after i successfully logged in, I could for example browse "My liked videos".

only to find I couldn't control the speed and I didn't like the interface

so I looked at SmartTube again. The history works when I am signed into both my phone and SmartTube while casting, I'll just let it prompt to choose an account on startup

edit: actually now that I'm logged in I don't even really need to cast - it works well as is
