Fairly certain the guy in the OP doesn't have his hands registered as weapons and is proficient is Jeet Kwon Do, but it's telling that you have to bank on this extreme to argue your point.

Yes it can fool. This lip was split open because of his TEETH. A chunk is not literally missing, its just appears that way because of the huge laceration on his face. He'll look like shyt for at least a week or two, assuming his jaw wasn't fractured.
