Funny enough some flat earthers did this same experiment to prove the earth is flat and accidentally proved the opposite.

A gyroscope generally can't "prove" that an object is 3 dimensional so I'm not sure what you mean by the bold
Also, that experiment should have been done on the flat surface of a large body of water. Land is uneven in general

So if you believe that's NOT a fish eye lens, then you also believe that new mexico takes up 1/3rd of the spheroid earth then correct?
And just to be clear, this is you stating that you cannot produce a modern day video recording of that exact same experiment proving that the earth is a globe

You could actually look up how the earths rotation can be measured using a gyroscope. Maybe then you'll understand but then again, flat earthers aren't looking to understand.

Show me a real world real life example of this electronic gyroscope working in the same fashion as a mechanical one, then show me why a mechanical gyroscope hasn't been used to prove this rotation

I respect that and I feel you can believe whatever you want.
I try to fit into that realm where if it makes enough sense to me, agrees with my common sense then I can believe in it. I find it hard to believe that millions of people who are much smarter than me and study these things aren't all in on an extravagant conspiracy to make everyone believe we live on a spehere, globe whatever.
What's weird is I remember thinking about a flat earth concept long ago, imagining that just the earth existed and space was above but we weren't a floating ball in space. I was a kid and maybe I saw something or had a dream that made me imagine such a thing.
I don't think the earth is flat or that the universe doesn't exist, or that planets and stars are fake and been faked for centuries. It just doesn't agree with my common sense. Maybe I have been duped or maybe there's no reason to lie about such a thing. I think no one can prove to you the earth is round but I think you can prove to yourself that it isn't.
